1. CSIR NET/JRF PHYSICS EXAMINATION 2019
Every year, CSIR stands for Council of Scientific and Industrial Research conducts the UGC-CSIR NET examination for Science subjects to find out eligibility for lectureship and for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) in order to make sure that CSIR NET/JRF aspirants can meet the minimum standards in the teaching profession and research respectively.
CSIR conducts the examination twice in a year which is generally held in June and December. Candidates who qualify the examination can choose their best field among the number of fellowships which are offered to the universities. A large number of JRFs are awarded each year to the meritorious candidates who have been selected from among the eligible candidates for lectureship in the CSIR JRF/NET exam.
Exam Schedule of CSIR NET / JRF:
Candidates can take exam in the months of June and December in a year. Candidates/Aspirants willing to appear the examination after preparing one year before applying the examination can join CSIR NET Coaching. Required Educational Qualification:
BS-4 year program/ B.Pharma/BE/ B.Tech/MBBS/ Integrated BS-MS/ M.Sc. or Equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for General & OBC (50% for SC/ST candidates, physically and visually handicapped candidates).
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria as well besides meeting the cited educational qualification:
For JRF (NET): Maximum 28 years (upper age limit may be relaxed up to 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/Person with Disability/Female Applicants & 3 years for OBC (non-creamy layer) (As per GOI central list)).
For Lectureship (NET): There no age restriction.
Weekend classroom programme is a highly comprehensive and unique classroom programme specially designed for students who are able to attend the classes only in weekends. This programme will offers you the right mix of classes, problem solving and doubt sessions supplemented with in-depth, thoroughly revised study material. This will help you to develop comprehensive understanding of concepts and their applications. You will be given periodic tests which will be supplemented by test analysis sessions. This will not only give you a feedback but also develop the examination temperament.
